Revelry on Richmond: Houston’s Restaurant Review

Jeana'e Jackson | April 21, 2022

Welcome to Revelry on Richmond! Located in Montrose, Revelry is a popular spot amongst Houston sports fans. It’s the place to visit if you’re looking for some great food, local craft beers, and cocktails.

The outdoor space is also a fun element of the sports bar. Check out the bar’s life-size “Connect Four” games and “Jenga” on their patio. The sports bar is also pet-friendly and assures guests that their furry friends are welcome as “Very Important Pups.”

Revelry’s atmosphere is chill, and the staff does a fantastic job of making you feel right at home.

Appetizers to Share

We all love a great appetizer, but it’s also refreshing to see some bar favorites when ordering for the table. I recommend trying the “Fried Pickle Slices.” As the menu mentions, “breaded and fried pickle slices served with a Horseradish Dill sauce.”

If the fried pickles aren’t for you, check out their “Giant Pretzel.” A “huge pretzel from Cake and Bacon served with house-made Shiner mustard, Chinese five-spice butter, and three-cheese queso.”

Don’t forget to share!

Revelry’s Menu

Revelry has a variety of beers on its menu. From IPA to hard ciders, the menu has something for everyone’s taste buds. The staff recommendations are on the menu, so check those out before ordering!  The sports bar also has “beer of the week” specials, so don’t miss out; maybe you can catch your favorite beer on the list.

“Sandos”

Revelry has two sandwich options on their menu, “The Classic Chicken Sandwich” or their “Smash Burger.” The smash burger is a crowd favorite! The burger comes with American cheese on a Cake and Bacon milk bun and smeared with Morita Chile sauce. Don’t forget to add some delicious toppings! Lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles. The burger also comes with fries.

There’s nothing like a good burger while you’re watching a game at the bar! Revelry is open Sunday -Wednesday, 11:00 AM -12:00 AM, and Thursday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM.
