When people try to decide on their favorite Starbucks location, they make a list of must-have amenities. The list can range from proximity, good parking, lots of power outlets— we all have needs. For me, the number one thing on my list, is the Berry Trio Parfait. After searching near and far for this tasty treat; I learned that there is no guarantee that it’s available near you or whenever you are craving it. So, here is the recipe for the Berry Trio Parfait, from my latest location … home.

The Berry Trio Parfait from Starbucks uses strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries; but this recipe calls for blackberries instead of raspberries. Starbucks uses nonfat vanilla yogurt but this recipe is healthier by using Greek yogurt. The juice from the package of the berries is included as a substitute for the mixed berry compote that contains evaporated cane Sugar and plum purée. Just like Destiny’s Child, the new three are better than the original three. As a Starbuck’s Gold Member since 2016, I give you my word.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of granola
  • 1/2 cup of mixed berry blend
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of juice from the same package as the berries
  • A drizzle of honey

Instructions:

Time to layer the ingredients!

1.Begin by pouring granola into glassware of your choice.

2. Next, scoop Greek yogurt on top of the granola.

3. Add the juice from the package of berries

4. Now, add the berries

5. Finally, top it all off with your desired amount of honey. Enjoy!!
