August 16, 2024We’re so excited for the Spurs return to Austin! The highly anticipated I-35 Series is making its return, and this year’s lineup promises to be electrifying. Presented by Alienware and Netspend, the third annual I-35 Series will feature two thrilling home games at the Moody Center in February 2024.
First up on the slate:
- February 20, 2024 – The Spurs will face off against the Phoenix Suns, featuring none other than Kevin Durant. The game will tip off at 8:30 p.m. Durant, a four-time Olympic gold medalist and two-time NBA champion, is sure to bring a high level of excitement to the court.
- February 21, 2024 – The very next night, the Spurs will battle the Detroit Pistons at 7:30 p.m. This game will be a part of the annual Rodeo Road Trip, marking the first time since 2002 that the Spurs will play in Austin during this tradition.
The Spurs’ previous visits to Austin have been a hit, with the Moody Center setting an attendance record for a sporting event during the 2023-24 season. The record-breaking crowd of 16,223 witnessed a thrilling matchup against the Denver Nuggets on March 15.
