At Retrospect Coffee Bar they serve up craft coffee and house-made crepes. This coffee shop was originally a Gulf gas station that opened in the 1920s. However, the building was abandoned for over 40 years until Retrospect began renovations. This space is now home to specialty coffee and tasty crepes. One of the Retrospect’s unique lattes is their Stroopwafel Latte which is made with oat milk and brown sugar Stroopwafel syrup.
