St. Elmo Brewery on Springdale Review
If you were ever looking for a new brewery to try, a new St. Elmo Brewery has just opened up! This new beer brewery is located on Springdale Road. This place offers beer, non-alcoholic drink options, as well as coffee all day long. The moment you walk into this place you will see a vibrant atmosphere with colorful art on the wall making it very uplifting. St. Elmo gives customers the option to reserve space to host their own social events. Outside of St. Elmo, you will see two food trucks, one of them being Spicy Boys Fried Chicken and Pueblo Viejo. This gives you the option of spicy fried chicken for spicy food lovers and Mexican dishes right over at Pueblo Viejo. St. Elmo is a dog-friendly spot for brewed beer and great for family and friend hangouts.
My Experience at St. Elmo was filled with warm welcomes right when I walked in. I was able to try their food trucks known as Spicy Boys Fried Chicken and Pueblo Viejo.
Food and Drinks
Right as you walk in you will notice the patio of the brewery is facing one of the entrances giving it the perfect vibe for you and any hangout group. I started by ordering an iced matcha latte with lavender syrup. Outside they have two of their food trucks and ended up trying both and would definitely say that they are both a must-try. The first dish I tried was over at Spicy Boys Fried Chicken. I ordered the “classic nuggets” and the “OG sandwich”, while their menu provides a guide of each meal’s level of spiciness. These boneless nuggets had a delicious savory spicy flavor with a soft crunch, while they give you your choice of seasoning. The OG sandwich was more of a sweet chili honey giving it a unique flavor with papaya relish.

As of right now during the morning you will receive 50% off on all coffee beverages hours from 8 AM through 10 AM. The inside of St. Elmo was more of a social and sit-down area for its customers which also made it perfect for remote workers who prefer to sit down with a side of coffee. The inside also carries merchandise to purchase with St. Elmo t-shirts, mugs, hats, socks, and so much more. For non-coffee options, St. Elmo has a variety of beer options from canned beer, Hazy IPA, Cold IPA, wine, and fresh mocktails. Most people find it convenient to dine outside by the food trucks but if you prefer an indoor seating area, St. Elmo’s sit-down area will be right for you!

Experience
My first impression of this place was that this is a family-friendly place and a perfect hangout spot. I was thrilled to discover a new hangout area and also saw customers on their laptops which is always a good thing if you love working remotely in new places. Their staff seemed knowledgeable with their beers and beverages if you were ever in doubt about what to get. I also had the opportunity to receive a brewery tour which you will see through the clear glass windows of the sitdown area. The brewery tour was a nice experience since I got to see where their beer is brewed and the huge stacks of cases filled with beer cans.
Overall, this is a must-try spot if you are ever willing to try new food options, a variety of beers, coffee or just to hang out. I loved that St. Elmo is dog-friendly with delicious meals and two food trucks for a variety of options. It makes it convenient for everyone, not only do you get to enjoy beer but have the option to order non-alcoholic drinks. This place is truly an experience and would definitely recommend going. If you’re ever wanting to make new memories or host fun social events St. Elmo is the right spot for you!
