Food & The Dining Experience:

Our server explained that the menu follows a tapas-style approach, offering small-bite dishes designed for sharing and exploring different flavors. We started with the Space Balls, crispy potato balls filled with a delightful combination of salmon, tuna, goat cheese, and cilantro. Our first dish was fantastic and quickly became a favorite of the night.

Next, we tried the Burrata and Speck small plate. The refreshing combination of arugula, prosciutto, burrata, and fruit left us refreshed and ready for our main courses. We opted for the Cowgirl Cut ribeye, which was juicy and flavorful and topped with flavorful Chimichurri.

We paired it with the Roasted Octopus, which was rich in flavor and complemented by various delicious purees. Out of the two main dishes, the Cowgirl Cut was our winner, Roasted Octopus was a delightful experience, but, the texture does take a bit to get used to.

We complemented our main courses with the Stardust Fries, delicious, crispy, truffle potato strips topped with Parmesan cheese. Our cocktail of choice was the Venus Seduction, a gorgeous pink fruity cocktail infused with pink dragon and lychee fruit. It was the perfect complement to our savory meal.

Conclusion

Space Cowboy is without a doubt, a one-of-a-kind experience in the Austin food scene. If you’re looking for a delicious meal and want to spice things up with a unique experience, it’s time to add Space Cowboy to your list. Where else in Austin can a space robot serve you food and drinks?
