This epic celebration of all things American lamb is making its way to the Lone Star State, bringing together some of the city’s most talented chefs for a flavorful showdown. Lamb Jam Austin will feature 8 top chefs from some of the best restaurants in the city, each competing to create the most delicious, inventive lamb dish. These chefs will be showcasing their creativity and mastery of American lamb. Attendees will have the chance to taste every dish and vote for their favorite, helping determine who will take home the title.
