The Recipe

2 chopped frozen kiwi

1 ripe peach or nectarine (chopped & frozen)

1 sliced frozen banana

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cups frozen spinach

A few sprigs of mint 

1 cup @mykaruna juice (we used Grape & Kiwi DETOX + Peach Mandarin & Kiwi D-Joy)

1/2 cup fresh raspberries (smash for the bottom)
