Absolutely loved staying here. The staff is amazing from valet, concierge, front desk and security. Everyone is so nice and eager to help. Rooms were very clean, the beds and linens were amazing. The best location for events at the stadiums, they both exit right to the fountain at the hotel. My only complaint is it is definitely a bar paradise, I wish there were more restaurants that you didn’t have to go through the crowds to get to and the website was kinda misleading on that. All the bar/restaurants are in one big building with live music in the middle, which is cool for a night out but when you just wanna go grab some food real quick is not the move. Also the hours don’t mention that most stop serving food at 10, not when they close.

Wonderful location - made it so easy to get to and from the Rangers games. But more importantly? Great restaurant and lobby bar. They know the drill - they cater to folks leaving events and ballgames, offer fantastic wings and an easy going vibe, and if push comes to shove - find Tyler! What a server! He was so hospitable and took great care of our weary baseball crew. Thanks so much to him and the Sheraton - great experience!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Arlington during my honeymoon, and I can't say enough about the warm hospitality we received, especially from Carina at the front desk. She was so kind and attentive, and when she heard about our exciting news, she gave us a complimentary breakfast for two as a thoughtful gift. It was such a nice touch! During our stay, we noticed there was no water in our suite, so I called down to the front desk to speak with Carina. She was incredibly apologetic and quickly made sure to bring us water. Her care and attentiveness truly made our experience memorable. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Carina for making our stay so wonderful. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great staff.

This is the best Holiday Inn in Texas. The location is great because they have vans that will take you to concerts and games. The rooms are clean and have been refurbished. Definitely an upgrade from the last few times staying here. Staff are super nice and the restaurant/bar connected definitely helps for random food or drinks you might need. It's definitely not a normal Holiday Inn. Great job on this location 👏

Our stay was brief as we had a missed connecting flight and this is where we landed. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful after a long, less, than pleasurable travel day with our one year old. They had a crib for our baby. Our room was clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was yummy and we appreciated having it right there. The gym and pool looked great. The only thing that wasn't ideal was that our suitcases didn't come with us so we couldn't put them to use! It was neat to see six flags right behind the hotel. We'll be back when our son is older and we can enjoy the park! The GM was fantastic and we enjoyed our small talk with him. The shuttle was also very convenient. Thanks for a great visit!

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet, although the furniture and walls seemed a bit worse for wear, etc. The best part was the convenience of the Arlington Trolley stopping here, which made getting to and from Globe Life super easy!
