Article Title:
- Include the target keyword in the title (preferably the first word)

First paragraph:
- Include the main keyword
- Grab the reader's attention
Content/Body
- Use short paragraphs
- Include 3-5 internal TexasTasty Posts links (relevant posts or pages)
- Internal and external links, as well as their anchor text, are strong signals that tell Google what you’re writing about and the associated content that you value.
- Include at least 2 high domain authority external links.
- We do NOT accept the following types of links in articles: Gambling, Casino, Drugs, Violence, Real Estate, Lawyers, Porn, Adult, etc. We reserve the right to remove every and all links in every post. We rarely do this but occasionally we do.
Formatting
- Write out numbers from 1, 2, 3, etc.
- Write percentages as digits.
- Use one space after all punctuation.
Headings
Try to always use headings. We use H1, H2, And H3 headings in our posts.
- H1 – The title of the article
- H2 – The main sections of the article.
- H3 – Subsections of an H2
- H4 – Less used sub-sections of an H3
Images
- A featured image should be at least 600 pixels wide and 400 pixels tall. Make sure that the featured image appears correctly before submitting your post.
- Use center alignment for photos within the blog post unless they are aligned with the text.
- Set the display size for all images to “large.”
- Upload at least one image per blog post and place it within the first approximately 150 words.
- All images must have alt tags and title attributes. Use the title of the post or a brief photo description.
- Memes are not acceptable images for our site.
