What You’ll Need For This Recipe:

CHICKEN:

Chicken tenders

1 cup of milk

Lemon juice

1 cup of flour

Italian seasoning

Salt

Pepper

1 tbsp powdered sugar

PASTA SAUCE:

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves of garlic

¼ cup of sundried tomatoes

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup of chicken broth

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup of milk

1 cup of heavy cream

Chopped fresh spinach

Pasta noodles

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place your chicken in a bag or container containing lemon juice and milk. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, italian seasoning, salt, pepper and powdered sugar. Coat chicken in flour mixture and place on a skillet on medium high heat. Cook for 3 minutes on each side then bake for 18-20 minutes.

Before starting your sauce, boil the water for your pasta! In the same skillet that you cooked your chicken in, add your olive oil, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, cornstarch and chicken broth. Whisk it altogether. Check back in on your boiling water and add in your pasta. Check on it as you continue the sauce!

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and milk. This will help thicken your pasta sauce! Add this mixture to your skillet along with your heavy cream, chopped spinach and pasta. Gently stir together and serve!
