Pink Oatmeal Recipe
Have you ever tried adding juice to your oatmeal for an extra boost of nutrition and flavor? I just tried it out with beet and pomegranate juice from Karuna and it was totally delish! My one year old approved as well. Here is the pink oatmeal recipe that will change your life!
1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup of soymilk
1/4 teaspoon beet powder (for color) Y
our favorite toppings (I used goji berries, shredded coconut, kiwi, and mint)
Add the rolled oats, soymilk, juice, and beet powder to a bowl and mix well. Microwave for one minute. Mix well. Microwave for another minute. Mix well. Continue with additional 30-second intervals until you reach your desired oatmeal consistency.
