San Antonio’s Stable Hall Venue Announces Opening Calendar
The landmark Stable building, which was constructed in the late 19th century and once housed Pearl brewery’s draft horses, is in the final stages of being restored and transformed into a historic, state-of-the-art venue. Stable Hall will be a destination for artists and music lovers alike, showcasing a diverse array of national, regional and local talent in a one-of-a-kind environment. Once complete, total venue capacity will be 1,000. Venue highlights include: a reclaimed Texas dance hall pine floor; fixed seat mezzanine; Hayloft balconies; six full-service bars; Austrian lift stage drapes; and a large jewel-box stage for shows of all sizes.
“The historic Pearl Stables served an important purpose in the early days of the Pearl brewery, and today this original structure is one of the most beautiful, repurposed buildings in San Antonio,” said Pearl CEO Mesha Millsap. “The Stable building will always own an important piece of history on this property, having served multiple purposes over the last century.
