New Year’s Eve Parties in Austin:
1. Superstition NYE Party
Superstition, the 12,000 square foot nightclub located at 110 East Riverside, where Downtown Austin and South Congress merge, will open to the public on Thursday, December 29th with headlining performer Chromeo (DJ set), followed by a New Year’s Eve weekend with Dillon Francis and Justice (DJ set NYE).
2. Fairmont Austin’s New Years Eve Celebration
Kick off 2023 at the hotel’s vibrant New Year’s Party decked out in ice lounge decor and take in midnight fireworks on Lady Bird Lake. Ticketed event includes access to Rules & Regs, the Pool Deck ice lounge and Palm Court’s Nordic Après Ski themed setting. They will also have a tasting dinner at Garrison with decadent chef-driven dishes and unparalleled service. Those looking for an even grander experience can book the “New Year’s Eve Premium Tasting Menu,” which begins seating at 8:00pm for $175 per person.
3. City of Austin New Year’s Eve Celebration at Auditorium Shores
The City of Austin will host its annual Austin’s New Year celebration at Auditorium Shores on Saturday, December 31. The lawn will open at 6 p.m., and the event will conclude with the firework show at midnight. The free, all-ages event will showcase live music from local favorites El Combo Oscuro, Taméca Jones, and The Texas Gentlemen, with interspersed drag performances by Extragrams. Guests can enjoy bites from 10 local food trucks and, for the first time, beer, wine, and champagne will be available for purchase for guests who are 21 and older, in a designated beer hall.
The Capital Countdown New Year’s Eve Party at The Belmont
New Year’s Eve at one of Austin’s premier nightlife destinations – three illustrious areas to party: a posh indoor space, a heated/tented outdoor courtyard with an elevated stage/dance floor, and a tented/heated VIP Rooftop deck. Starting at 8 pm, the Live House DJ will be spinning some of the best dance music to keep the floor packed, and then from 10 pm to 2 am, experience the New Year’s Eve Silent Disco with three additional DJs playing different genres of music. VIP options available.
4. REVL Social Club New Year’s Eve Party with Silent Disco
You can dance the night away to our from 9pm to 1am with Quiet Events 3-live DJs and also enjoy the ball drop and count down. Rev Social Club features food, craft cocktails, and bar games.
5. Bob Schneider’s Big Spectacular New Year’s Eve Party

1. Fireworks at Reunion Tower
