Red Bull Flugtag VIP Flight Club Tickets Go On Sale July 18

Excitement is taking flight in North Texas as Red Bull Flugtag gears up for its much-anticipated return this fall. After more than a decade since its last appearance in the region, the one-of-a-kind, human-powered flying event lands at Levy Event Plaza in Las Colinas on Saturday, September 13, promising a day of wild creativity, big splashes, and sky-high entertainment.

While general admission remains free and open to all ages, event organizers have announced that a limited number of Flight Club tickets will go on sale this Friday, July 18 at 10:00 a.m. CT—providing the only guaranteed seating and exclusive perks for attendees looking to elevate their Flugtag experience.

Flight Club: A Premium View of the Madness

With over 30 teams preparing to launch their handmade, human-powered aircraft from a 22-foot-high platform into Lake Carolyn, Flight Club tickets offer a more comfortable, shaded, and up-close experience of all the airborne antics.

For $75 per person, Flight Club ticketholders will receive:

• Reserved bleacher seating under a shaded canopy
• Access to private restrooms
• Access to a private bar
• A custom Red Bull Flugtag DFW hat

This upgraded ticket option provides fans with the only guaranteed shaded seating and exclusive amenities. It’s ideal for those wanting to enjoy the show in style and comfort. Gates open at approximately 11:00 a.m. on event day, and the premium seating area is expected to sell out quickly.

An All-Ages, Action-Packed Spectacle

Translated from German as “flying day,” Flugtag challenges participants to design, build, and pilot human-powered flying machines without motors or engines. Competitors are judged not just on distance, but also on creativity and showmanship, making it one of the most unique competitions in the world.

Over 30,000 spectators are expected to attend the free outdoor event, and beyond the flight ramp drama, the day will be filled with family-friendly fun, including:

• A live skydiving show from the Red Bull Air Force team
• An all-ages Fan Zone with interactive activities
• A display of the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 car
• A Red Bull merchandise pop-up shop
• Local food trucks and vendors
• Free water refill stations
• And much more

Watch It Live — Even If You Can’t Make It

For those who can’t attend in person, the excitement will be broadcast live via Atmosphere TV, starting around Noon CT on September 13. Fans are encouraged to check with their local bar or restaurant to see if Atmosphere TV is available and request to tune in.
