Ski Shores Cafe Review: Sunny Days Ahead in Austin
With live music on select Fridays and all-day breakfast burritos, the newest Ski Shores Cafe is located on Barton Springs Rd. and exudes chill vibes. This joint should definitely end up on your dining guide to Austin.

Ski Shores Cafe Menu
First things first, if you’re looking to get out of your comfort zone when it comes to margaritas, this is the place for you. With an optional salted rim, the pineapple jalapeno margarita left me pleasantly surprised and wanting more.
For those who like a great vodka soda, The Ruby Slipper is a great option. Tart yet sweet, this drink was refreshing and gave me a taste of summer days by the pool. Must have been the elderflower liqueur.

Turkey Avocado Wrap
Now for my favorite wrap, I’ve had in a while – the turkey avocado wrap. The avocado aioli paired with the garlic herb tortilla was quite literally a match made in heaven.

Ski Shore Original
The Border Burger, otherwise known as the Ski Shore Original, has a punch of spiciness along with a diverse flavor combo. Topped with caramelized onions, guacamole, jalapenos and melty cheese, it’s everything you wish for in a burger.
Ski Shores Cafe is a place I can see my friends and I visiting after a dip in Barton Springs or after a day at Zilker. Grab a friend and enjoy the string lights at the outdoor patio – we promise it’s worth it.
