Blue Sushi Sake Grill Menu

In Blue Sushi Sake Grill’s main menu you will find starters to choose from. Like in any other sushi restaurant in Austin there are edamames, the charred edamames are my personal favorite with the option of choosing from three flavors, classic with Maldon sea salt, spicy with garlic, or tamari and togarashi. Their main menu includes share plates that are incredible as starters too.

The crispy rice cakes and tuna towers are delicious and worth trying. Two of their specialties featured in the menu are the nigiri and sashimi, the nigiri is served in 2 pieces and the sashimi in 5 pieces.

Other options of nigiri and sashimi are also available if you have another preference or want a vegan option. Don’t miss out on their specialty and classic maki! There are options from raw, not raw, and vegan as well.
